BASF’s Cadre Available As Liquid

Cadre, BASF’s leading peanut herbicide, will be available in liquid formulation in 2006 in several markets for added convenience and ease of use, according to a company press release. The broad-spectrum herbicide for the control of 34 grasses and broadleaf weeds including nutsedge, pigweed, and morningglory is widely used for its efficacy and versatility — since its application is based on weed size and spectrum rather than crop stage, it provides growers with excellent application flexability.
