DuPont, Syngenta Exploring New Fungicide AI

The public comment period is open for oxathiapiprolin, a new active ingredient for use on foliar and soil food uses.

DuPont and Syngenta Crop Protection applied for the registration. The public comment period runs through Aug. 9. According to the application, the new fungicide is proposed for use on brassica, onion, cucurbit,other vegetables and fruit. Comments about the new AI can be made on the EPA website here.
