DuPont, Mitsui Reach Fungicide Deal

Mitsui Chemical has agreed to license and supply the fungicide penthiopyrad to DuPont in the Americas, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Mitsui will supply the chemical, while DuPont registers and sells formulated products in these markets. Mitsui will keep the product in Japan, where the company expects it to be registered this year.
