Gowan, Isagro in U.S. Distribution Pact
17 December 2013 Isagro and Gowan said Gowan USA will take over the distribution of certain strategic products from Isagro USA as of Jan. 1.
The distribution agreement will initially include the following products: Badge X2, BadgeSC, Kentan DF, Mettle, Eminent, Tenet, Siapton and registration pending Affiance. Isagro USA will continue to manage the registration, development and supply chain of all Isagro’s proprietary products as well as the marketing and distribution of the recent U.S. EPA-approved bio-fumigant, Dominus and the bio-products Assent and Bio-Tam.
For Dominus, Isagro USA will have the global responsibility for development, registration, marketing, supply chain and commercialization, the companies said.
