Helm Agro US Sheridan 25 WG Herbicide Receives Registration
21 April 2016 Sheridan 25 WG, an herbicide from Helm Agro US has received registration approval, the company announced. The herbicide is designed to help growers deal with post-emergence broadleaf weed and grass control in soybeans, peanuts and non-crop areas. The new product, which falls under federal Section 3, uses the active ingredient chlorimuron ethyl.
“Sheridan 25 WG is the ideal choice for post-emergence control of many broadleaf weeds and grasses in soybeans, peanuts and non-crop areas such as fencerows, roadsides and equipment storage areas,” said Jan Stechmann, President of Helm Agro US. “It can be tank-mixed with Helosate (glyphosate) or other soybean herbicides for improved weed control and resistance management. Plus, it’s the perfect tank-mix partner for burndown herbicides such as Helosate (glyphosate), Helmquat 3LS (paraquat), glufosinate and 2,4-D LVE.”
