ICIG Acquires Agrochemical Business From Clariant

The group has nearly 500 employees and annual sales of nearly US $180 million. By adding the Clariant business to its ownership, ICIG will operate 14 production facilities in Europe and the US, with annual sales of approximately US $680 million.
