Ospray Becomes Exclusive Distributor For Arysta LifeScience

CARY, North Carolina, US — Arysta LifeScience and Cheminova have reached a distribution agreement for Australia and New Zealand. Australia-based Ospray Pty Ltd, part of the Cheminova group, will be the exclusive distributor of Arysta LifeScience crop protection products in those two countries.

The agreement includes established products, as well as products that are still in the development pipeline. In accordance with the agreement, many products will be formulated at the Cheminova Pty Ltd formulation site in Wyong, New South Wales, UK.
