Rotam To Open Vietnam Office

In an effort to strengthen its Asia-Pacific presence, an area seen as strategically important for growth in the crop protection business, Rotam CropSciences is opening an office in Vietnam.
“Vietnam is one of the top emerging, agriculturally focused countries in South East Asia. It is being supported by advancements to the country’s infrastructure and trading routes,” said Dr. Bakthan, the company’s Asia Pacific Regional Head.
Vietnam is an important and rapidly developing rice export market and a key player in the global supply of coffee and black pepper. Rotam expects to further into Thailand, Malaysia, Laos and Myanmar.
