A company press release reports that Madeira-based Margarita Internacional Comércio e Serviços (Margarita) – an investment firm specializing in companies’ development and growth through financial support for strategic and operational initiatives, and has a close working relationship with GCIS – has acquired 70% of the shares held by Sipcam, resulting in a shareholder structure of GCIS 50%, Margarita 35% and Sipcam 15%.
