Rovensa Next Appoints José Borgo As Chief Commerical Officer
Rovensa Next, the global leader in biosolutions for agriculture, has announced the appointment of José Borgo as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Borgo joins the Rovensa Next Executive Committee to lead the global commercial organization, with a primary focus on strengthening market execution, driving commercial excellence and accelerating customer-centric, sustainable growth across all operating regions.
The newly appointed executive brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience to the company, specializing in performance transformation and large-scale business integration. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided organizations across multiple sectors, including the agribusiness industry, through periods of significant growth and operational change.

As part of this leadership evolution, Riccardo Vanelli, who has served as CCO since August 2024, transitions to the new role of Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer on the Executive Committee. In this role, Vanelli will leverage his deep market expertise to connect customer needs with new business opportunities and lead the company’s innovation and strategic roadmap.
Domínguez noted that the move is highly strategic, adding: “With Riccardo shifting into this new role to drive strategy and innovation, we are positioned to deliver greater business impact for our distributors, growers and market partners globally.”
