AgBiome’s Theia Fungicide Selected as ‘Pest Management Solution of the Year’

AgBiome, a leader in global agricultural innovation, is proud to announce that Theia fungicide was selected as the “Pest Management Solution of the Year” in the 2023 AgTech Breakthrough Awards. Theia fungicide, a robust and broad-spectrum biological crop protection tool for a variety of foliar and soilborne diseases, is AgBiome’s second crop protection product to come to market.

Theia fungicide was selected from AgBiome’s library of more than 100,000 microbes using its in-house discovery platform, GENESIS. The product provides excellent control of diseases that have the power to devastate high-value fruit and vegetable crops. Additionally, it is OMRI listed, allowing it to be used in organic and conventional systems.

The AgTech Breakthrough Awards team researches, analyzes, and then recognizes the breakthrough leaders in the most competitive technology categories. All award nominations were evaluated and scored by their expert panel of judges, representing a mix of technical, business, academic, and marketing expertise within the industry.
