Arysta Inks Distribution Deal with Goemar

Arysta LifeScience Corp. and Laboratoires Goemar closed two agreements to develop and distribute biological products in Central and Eastern Europe. Arysta will have exclusive distribution rights for products that have Goemar’s proprietary Physio Activator and Natural Protect technologies. In turn, Goemar will have exclusive distribution rights for several of Arysta’s biological stimulant and biological control products, including ATONIK.
“This mutual agreement is the result of a long, fruitful relationship between our companies,” Arysta LifeScience CEO Kevin Smith said in a press release. “It strengthens the presence of Arysta LifeScience in this market segment with access to modern technologies. Customers may expect tailor-made technologies delivering benefits to various crops.”
Laboratoires Goemar CEO Jean-Pierre Princen reinforced the message that this deal give farmers more options for sustainable technologies that they are seeking: “These contracts, combining technologies and market presence strengths of both companies, should facilitate broader farmer access to innovate sustainable solutions for their crops, accelerate Goemar sales growth in Central and Eastern Europe, and offer Goemar sales force and customers a broader portfolio of solutions.”
