Valent Forms Biorational Business Unit
22 March 2010 WALNUT CREEK, California, US — In response to growing customer demand, Valent USA has formed a new Biorational Business Unit to focus on
biorational crop protection and crop enhancements, according to a company press release. As part of parent company Sumitomo Chemical Co., the company is “uniquely positioned in this industry with a focus on both biorational and traditional products for sustainable agriculture,” says Jim Blome, Valent executive vice president and COO.
Eric Tamichi will be the manager of the new Valent Biorational Business Unit.
