Makhteshim Agan nombra a Dardier como líder de marketing

Makhteshim Agan, the world’s largest off-patent crop protection maker, said it appointed Jean-Marc Dardier as Head of Global Marketing. The appointment is effective as of Jan. 1, 2013.

In the newly created position, Dardier will lead MAI’s marketing activities, as well as define and implement MAI’s global marketing and branding strategies. “The appointment supports MAI’s strategic vision to enhance its global commercial and marketing orientation through a number of business initiatives,” the Israeli company said in a statement. Along this line was the recent appointment of Ignacio Dominguez as MAI’s chief commercial officer.

Dardier es un ejecutivo senior de marketing, branding, estrategia y desarrollo comercial con experiencia dentro y fuera del sector de protección de cultivos. Durante los últimos seis años, ocupó varios puestos de alto nivel en Syngenta, incluido el de director de marketing y estrategia para Europa, África y Oriente Medio.

More recently, Dardier was global project manager for the integration design of MAI’s Seeds and Crop Protection and the restructuring of the global seeds R&D footprint. He also served in senior commercial positions in the flavors and fragrances industry in the United States, France and Switzerland, as head of global personal care at Symrise and VP for North America at Givaudan USA, a leading flavors and fragrances company.

Dardier tiene una licenciatura en Matemáticas y Física de la Universidad de Besancon, Francia, un MBA de ESCP Europe en París y un posgrado en Asuntos Europeos de ENA, la Escuela Nacional de Administración de Francia.
