Acceres Acquires BIOTEK Agriculture

Acceres, a European leading Agricultural Contract Research Group, has announced the acquisition of BIOTEK Agriculture, one of the leading field trial companies (GEP & GLP Field Testing) founded in France 30 years ago.

Less than three years after its creation by the French investment firm Ekkio Capital, Acceres continues its development by strengthening its position in the field testing activity.

Acceres is set up on three pillars including Regulatory Services, Field Trials, and Laboratories Studies. The Group was founded by the cooperation between GAB Consulting, leading European regulatory consulting company offering comprehensive registration services for the biopesticide, biocide, and agrochemical industry, and Promovert, historical South Europe Field Testing Company.

After the acquisition of the field testing activity of Phyteurop last year, this new strategic operation reinforces Acceres field testing capacities and capabilities and also enlarge its footprint across Europe and overseas.

“The synergies between the two companies, in combination with GAB Consulting scientific expertise will enhance our services and quality for the benefit of our customers,” explains Yvonnick Jambon, CEO of Acceres.
