Arysta LifeScience South Africa Finalizes Acquisition Of Tsunami Businesses
3 May 2010 DURBAN, South Africa ―- Arysta LifeScience South Africa has broadened its Africa footprint. The company reported today via press release that it has completed its acquisition of selected assets of Tsunami Plant Protection and the business and selected assets of Tsunami Crop Care, which was approved by the Republic of South Africa Competition Commission on March 31, 2010.
In 2007, Arysta LifeScience South Africa opened a state-of-the-art, ISO 9000-certified liquid formulation facility with water-dispersible granule (WDG) technology in Canelands, which was expanded in 2009.
