Farm Chemicals International Welcomes New Staffer

Farm Chemicals International (FCI) is pleased to announce the hiring of Rebecca Bartels as associate editor of the International Trade Group at Meister Media Worldwide.
Formerly assistant editor in the Horticulture Group at Meister, Bartels has written for American Fruit Grower, American Vegetable Grower and Productores de Hortalizas magazines. She has been dedicated to improving the speed at which agriculture news hits the web, increasing original content both in print and online, and bringing impactful stories to readers in uniquely packaged articles.
David Frabotta, group editor of the International Trade Group, says, “We are proud to add another ambitious and creative editor to our staff. Rebecca is a talented writer and editor, and her agriculture background gives her a unique advantage in understanding our industry and our audience.”
As associate editor, Bartels will contribute heavily to the publication’s content, seeking out information across the globe. Bartels has extensive experience internationally having lived and worked in Latin America as well as Europe, where she developed her Spanish language skills. She will be responsible for covering North America, South America, Australia, New Zealand and other facets of specialized agriculture.
