Azot To Open Pakistan Fertilizer Plant

The project will be completed with the cooperation of Fauji Foundation, with whom Azot recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The two groups plan to establish a joint venture (JV) on a parity basis, which will be involved in the reconstruction of three mineral fertilizer plants belonging to Fauji Foundation, and the development of new production capacity on the base of one of its plants.
