Continental Eagle will continue operation of its Prattville, Alabama, U.S. facility as well as its branches across the U.S. Cotton Belt.

Continental Eagle said in the release that it remains dedicated to innovation and service to the ginning industry. Reasons for the termination of the preliminary agreement were not disclosed.
