Arysta, Cheminova Cooperate In Spain

NOGUÉRES, France — Arysta LifeScience and Cheminova have reached a distribution agreement in Spain, according to a press release. Spain-based Cheminova Agro S.A. (formerly Agrodan) and Arysta LifeScience España will maintain existing distribution channels as Cheminova Agro takes over the distribution of Arysta’s portfolio in Spain.

The agreement covers established products such as the herbicide Select, the bio-insecticide Carpovirusine and other brands already sold in the market, as well as tolling projects at Arysta Lifescience’s formulation site in Noguères, France.
