GM Foods Called “Biggest Disaster Environmentally of All Time”

Recently, the UK’s Prince Charles has called GM crops “the biggest disaster environmentally of all time,” while Indian physicist Dr. Vandana Shiva – founder and president of the Research Foundation for Science Technology and Ecology and one of India’s leading activists – published a paper describing how GM foods have contributed to reducing food security, as well as threatened local businesses, growers, and biodiversity, and invited global corporations to take over the nation’s food processing.
