ICARDA’s Ryan Receives IFA Honor

For the past 14 years, Dr. Ryan has worked as a Soil Fertility Specialist at the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA) in Syria. He has received several awards during his career, including the International Soil Science Award and the International Service in Agronomy Award. He also is a fellow of the American Society of Agronomy and the Soil Science Society of America.

Dr Ryan will accept the IFA award on June 6 during the Opening Session of the 74th IFA Annual Conference. For more information on the award or IFA, visit the IFA web site.
