Initially, TH will participate in the growth potential of the Northeast region with investments in the expansion plans of Terra Soluções Agrícolas Ltda and of SC Tec Ltda. With the merger of their operations, two new companies and brands will be formed: Terra Soluções Agrícolas Ltda, focused on input distribution segment, and Campo Total Ltda, for the redistribution segment, respectively.

The transaction needs the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE – Brazilian anti-trust agency) approval to become effective.
