Koor In Talks To Sell MAI Stake

Koor Industries announced it is in talks to sell half of its 39.54% controlling share in Makhteshim Agan Industries to a third party, according to Israeli news service Globes Online.

Koor said it had been contacted by several international parties interested in acquiring its holding in Makhteshim Agan but had turned them down.

The company emphasized that the talks currently underway would not necessarily lead to an agreement on a sale.
