PotashCorp Completes Sales Agreement With Sinofert

The base price calls for an increase of US $25 per tonne over the 2005 contract price. The agreement supports the continued partnership of Canpotex and Sinofert. PotashCorp owns one-third of Canpotex, as well as 20% of Sinofert.
