Punjab Chemicals to Acquire 70% Stake in Parul Chemicals

India-based Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd. has approved a proposal to acquire 70% stake in Parul Chemicals Ltd. (Parul) Vadodara. Parul, with a wide distribution net work in Western India, has acquired more than 100 registrations for a variety of formulations over the last 30 years. Punjab Chemicals already has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Valdodara.
