UK: Hutchinsons Aquires Brown Butlin Group

UK agrochemical distributor Hutchinsons has acquired distributor Brown Butlin Group to become the UK’s largest agrochemical distributor, with annual sales of US $191 million. The deal is in the final steps of approval, but is not expected to encounter difficulties.
