Bromley will aid in the transition by remaining involved with UPI and parent company UPL in a senior advisory role for the next twelve months.

For nearly 30 years, Bromley has been active in the global crop protection industry. He spent the past 27 years with Cerexagri, including the past 13 as its President and CEO, first of Cerexagri and for the past 18 months, of the integrated Cerexagri/UPI. Bromley is the second most senior member of CropLife America’s board and active in the US crop protection industry.
