Participants at the Trade Summit told us that HWC will become effective with the 2008 program year. Milton Allen, formerly with Helena, is expected to direct the purchasing operation.

With HWC taking over, both Crop Production Services and Western Farm Service (two Agrium companies) have resigned their membership with the Tenkoz buying group.
