Acadian Plant Health Receives Second CE Mark Certification Under the EU’s New Fertilizer Product Regulation
Acadian Plant Health has announced a second CE Mark Certification under the European Union’s new Fertilizer Product Regulation (FPR) as part of the EU Green Deal.

By obtaining CE Mark Certification of a second Ascophyllum nodosum-based plant biostimulant, Acadian Plant Health continues to embrace the pathway to market afforded by the modernized EU FPR 2019/1009. The CE Mark indicates that an independent Notifying Body has reviewed product composition and performance data, confirming that the biostimulant not only meets safety, health, and environmental protection requirements but also delivers the effects claimed on the labels as shown through agronomic efficacy trials.
