A lot has changed for adjuvants in the past five decades. In the November/December issue of AgriBusiness GlobalTM DIRECT, Senior Editor Jackie Pucci will report on the ever-changing state of the adjuvants market. Here’s an excerpt from her article:

“In 1976, not quite 50 years ago, only three herbicides (Roundup, atrazine, and paraquat) required the addition of a tank-mix adjuvant for optimal performance. In 2022, there are more than 1,000 pesticide labels requiring an adjuvant and more than 2,500 adjuvants from which to choose.”

Projecting a few years farther out, Allied Market Research, predicts the global adjuvants market to reach $6.4 billion by 2031 putting the CAGR at 6.1%.

Pucci covers this rapid growth potential of the market in her article “Changing Application Technologies Push Adjuvants to New Era” in the November/December issue of AgriBusiness Global DIRECT. As part of the report, she interviews Dr. Matthew Phillips, Consultant and Advisor to AgbioInvestor, to gain valuable insights on the adjuvants and formulations market. See the video above to hear Phillips identify some of the key themes he’s seeing in the market right now.
