Claudio Mereu is a Partner in Bird & Bird’s Brussels office with more than 26 years of experience in EU regulatory law. He specialises in chemicals, pesticides and biocides, with particular expertise in plant protection products and EU regulatory frameworks. His practice spans regulatory advice, advocacy and litigation at both EU and national levels, including product authorisations, market access, restrictions and challenges to regulatory decisions.
