Andermatt Biocontrol Receives New Registrations for Biological Products

Andermatt Biocontrol Group and its distribution partners have recently received registrations for Andermatt products T-77 and Bb-Protec in Tunisia, Madex Top in Latvia and Lithuania (under the trade name of Madex Pro in Latvia and Lithuania), and Spexit in the U.S.

T-77, a biological fungicide for the use in vegetables and fruit crops against Botrytis, and Bb-Protec, a biological insecticide against sucking pests in vegetables and fruit crops, have been registered by Andermatt’s distribution partner Aloha Agriculture in Tunisia.

Madex Pro is approved for control of the codling moth (Cydia pomonella) in apple, pear, quince and walnut production in Latvia and Lithuania. The product is available at Andermatt’s distribution partners Agrimatco Latvia and Agrimatco Lithuania in the respective country.

Andermatt USA have registered Spexit, an insecticide against the Beet Armyworm (Spodoptera exigua) based on Andermatt’s baculovirus technology, in California.
