Brazil Efficacy Rules In Effect

Normative Instruction 18 allows the Ministry to step in on the presentation of tests and phytotoxicity reports under Decree 5,981/06 on pesticide registration. The Instruction dictates that efficacy tests be carried out on formulated products that are based on new active ingredients, new formulation types, new modes of action, and new use recommendations.
