Nouryon to Acquire ADOB Fertilizers

Nouryon, a global specialty chemicals leader, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ADOB Fertilizers, a leading supplier of chelated micronutrients, foliars, and other specialty fertilizers. The acquisition will enable Nouryon to expand its product portfolio and broaden its offerings for customers in the crop nutrition market.

Headquartered in Poznań, Poland, ADOB is a global leader in water-soluble fertilizers and micronutrients and has been producing specialty solutions for agricultural and horticultural crops for more than 30 years.
