Belchim Acquires Jade SARL
2 May 2016 Belchim Crop Protection has acquired Jade SARL, a French company that holds several registrations of products based on nonanoic acid. Jade is a subsidiary of the group Alidad Invest. Jade is based in Mérignac, France.
The acquisition will help Jade increase its international development and more specifically the international roll-out of the product portfolio.
“This acquisition strengthens our position in the development of innovative products.” said Dirk Putteman, CEO of Belchim Crop Protection. “We’re eager to grasp opportunities that can lead to new solutions for the market, in the framework of the latest environmental and regulatory requirements.”
